God's Timing is Perfect Timing We have many Catholic customers that shop at Holy Grounds. Although we are not Catholic, we try and find unique Bibles and gifts to bless our Catholic customers.
One afternoon last week, a Catholic customer was looking at our rosaries. She told us the the name rosary came from the word "rosarium" or rose garden. She said the early rosaries were made of dried rosebuds. ......Interesting.
I am in my 57th year of this life and this was a new fact! Cool!
The very next morning at 10AM a young man came in and asked if we bought rosaries---we always look at local artists' work.
He pulled out a beautiful handmade rosary of none other than "dried rosebuds" . A rosebud rosary!!!! Amazing
God is so awesome-----how could I live 56+ years and never hear this fact and then hear it twice in 24 hours????
The answer is simple. God wants to be involved in every aspect of our lives---He continually surprises us with "God Things". He delights in us ---He delights in ME enough to send me a rosebud rosary!!!! 9-4-07 |
