Webkinz and Dissappointment Our phone rings all day long. When we arrive in the morning our answering machine is full of little voices, hoping to find a special Webinz friend. Our Webkinz rack is empty. When a shipment finally arrives, the little guys do not even make it to the rack. There is a virtual stampede, until every Webkinz is gone and then the phone begins ringing again.
We wish there was a better way of selling Webkinz. The supply , we are told, at this point just can not keep up with the demand. The parent company, Ganz is no help. Our rep has no information and the company's phones are busy, or the waiting time is measured in hours.
Our customers are important to us, we are hoping that more Webkinz will be in soon. We are especially looking forward to getting the black lab, as well as the new black cat, and reindeer.
Holy Grounds has many wonderful gift ideas, so until the Webkinz arrive, stop by for a cup of coffee, (or a complimentary juice box), and play with our store dogs, Barbee and Ken!
