Good Bye Mr. Moore
Denver Moore, co author (with Ron Hall) of Same Kind of Different as Me and What Difference Do it Make, left this earth a much better place. He and Ron were both friends of Holy Grounds. They came to our little store on two occations and signed many hundreds of books for our customers.
What we remember most, was Denver opening the door after we thought he had gone for the day. He took his hat and placed it over his heart---preached an amazing sermon to the few of us that were left---then with a twinkle in his eye, turned put on his hat and left. We all knew we had witnessed something divine---words of wisdom not coming from a homeless man, but words directly from God Himself. Thanks for the memory Denver----and “You made a big difference-----that is What Difference Do it Make”
